Digital Product Refund Policy

All of our books, coloring pages, and activity materials are delivered as digital downloads (e.g., PDF files). Because these files are made available instantly after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges under standard circumstances.

Digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed, and this policy is consistent with industry standards for downloadable content.

We understand that mistakes can happen and aim to provide fair customer service. Refunds may be issued at our discretion under the following conditions:

• Accidental Purchase (Not Downloaded): If you purchased a digital item by mistake and have not downloaded the file, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, we may issue a refund for the duplicate order.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The digital file has already been downloaded
• You changed your mind after purchase
• You did not read the product description before purchasing
• You lack the required software or knowledge to use the file

We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, file formats, and requirements before completing a purchase.

• Corrupted or Broken Files: If your file does not open or is unusable, please contact us. We will provide a corrected file or replacement promptly.
• Incorrect or Missing Files: If your download is incomplete or missing components, we will resend the correct files.
